                ASHV (fest)  is held on   Feb 22nd & 23rd . Registration for various programme's like to be held in MITS will be closed before on FEB 14.02.17. Intimation date will be on 19.02.17.  Entry
Fee for the fest is  Rs.100 per head.

Workshops 


1. Sixth Sense Robotics 

          The name itself doesn’t need much introduction. Sixth Sense Technology is a revolutionary way to aggrandize the physical world around us and let’s the user to use natural hand gestures to interact with digital information. It involves almost all sections of modern technology.

           The workshop is a secure platform for students to enter into the field of robotics and work on image processing. It helps the students to learn all the basics and apply them in reality. The workshop helps the students to fight all the competitions related to robotics, Image processing, Aerial Robotics etc.


II. Unmanned Ground vehicle 

                 
 Ever wondered about Mars Rover ??  or the Automated Robots, if yes  then this  workshop is a secure platform for you to enter into the field of robotics and see how actual things work. In this workshop students learn everything,  from basic integration of sensors to microcontrollers to how can we make our robot a unmanned ground vehicle. The Robot will be able to navigate itself and relay a video simultaneously. The Robot can be controlled by Ground Station( Laptop ) using wireless device


III. Cisco Networking 

                               
Cisco believes that the Internet and education are the great equalizers of the next century, and the lack of Internet-supported education and shortage of technology-savvy workers pose global dilemmas. India, in particular can make a quantum developmental leap by embracing information technology and making a commitment to match technological advancement with an investment in human skills

IV. Ethical Hacking & Cyber Security 

                           
Computer Forensics is a detailed and scientific study, research and implementation of computer science subjects for the purpose of gathering digital evidence in cases of cyber crimes or for other scientific research purposes also it introduces the needs of the current cyber security sector.


Hacking is not about the illegal things it’s all about how to secure your system. In the two days workshop Google Hacking, Email Hacking, Dos Attacks, Trojens, SQL Injection, Windows Hacking, Mobile Hacking etc. topics will be covered. This workshop aims to give Technocrats a basic knowledge of hacking and how to protect your system against hazardous effects.


V. Arduinobotics 

                     
Arduino is a tool for making computers that can sense and control more of the physical world than your desktop computer. It’s an open-source physical computing platform based on a simple microcontroller board, and a development environment for writing software for the board.
It can be used to develop interactive objects, taking inputs from a variety of switches or sensors, and controlling a variety of lights, motors, and other physical outputs. Arduino projects can be stand-alone, or they can communicate with software running on your computer (e.g. Flash, Processing)

Here’s the ashv 17  giving you the best exposure to the practical world. The Madanapalle Institute of Technology and Science brings to you a platform to do so…

Rules and Regulations
  • The project may be based on experiments or research or could be plain innovation mainly related to Department.
  • The project synopsis with all the required software etc must be submitted in 2 hard copies and 1 soft copy.
  • There can be maximum of three members per team.
No queries regarding results are entertained and the decision of the judges is final.

3. Quiz 

To all the aspirants in the arena of DEPARTMENT, welcome all!!!!! We give you a platform to exhibit your talent in the core of DEPARTMENT. People with quick impulse step in and walk away with exiting prizes in the tech quiz event of ashv2k17

Event details
Quiz will be conducted from the domain topic, department wise.

Rules 
  • Each team must have two participants.
  .All the teams are restricted to time frame.



4. Poster Presentation ( For all dept's including M.B.A)

                       
However there are no limits. You can come up with your own theme related to department.
Rules and regulations:
  • Maximum of 2 participants.
  • The title of the poster should convey the basic theme of the poster.
  • Written matter on the poster will be given least priority.
  • Maximum time of 8 minutes is given per team to elaborate the poster.
  • Questions will be posed by judges for 2 minutes.
  • Two hard copies and one soft copy with an abstract containing 200 words are to be submitted at the time of event.
  • The winners are decided on the basis of above criteria by the judges.
