Republic day 2017 in India is celebrated on 26th of January, at Thursday. In 2017, India is celebrating its 68th Republic Day. First Republic Day of India was celebrated in 1950.

Republic Day in India

Republic day in India is celebrated every year with great honour on 26th of January to honour the Constitution of India as it came into force on the same day in the year 1950. It had replaced the Government of India Act, 1935 into the governing document of the India. At this day, a national holiday is declared by the Indian Government. The new Indian constitution was sketched and approved by the Indian Constituent Assembly and decided to celebrate it on 26th of January every year as India became a republic country.

On the day ,the program was started by Flag hosting by our respected chairman of siddarath institutions Dr. K. Ashok Raju sir followed by respected principal Dr. K. Chandrasekhar Reddy .The picture of this event is

On this occasion , our chairman sir greeted everyone who attended to the event. And spoke about the importance of the day ,why we are celebrating Republic day. He spoke about our leader who have sacrified there lives for our freedom ,which is being enjoyed by us today. After all ,he mainly focused on students saying that ,"Students should take an active participation in all the activities who is going on and gone be held shortly in our Campus.

He told about the Incubation Centre which is going to opened in our college shortly . He also told that "students is the key" to utilize the available oppurtunities and explore there Ideas through it

Our Principal sir advised the students to work hard and to produce there best out of them. And

to attend to classes regularly ,for the students who are in regular to college ,To avoid paying extra money for the attendance shortage and in some times getting detained .So,finally he also said to the staff members to look after there students .
